I worked briefly at an orthopedic sports medicine clinic and one of the PAs was advertising and doing them there! Pretty sure she was getting $$ for it through an outside agency (that place was sketch for so many other reasons lol)

I wear Altras- the Via Olympus 2 model. They have a wide toe box which helps so much for my short and squat feet. They have a nice amount of cushion too
