There was some discussion recently about workplace being covered by the Management of H&S Regs and not covered by the SC ruling
A further twist was that if staff use public facilities at a location they become workplace toilets 🤷‍♀️
But it’s all so confusing
And then there’s this problem ⬇️

In Hartlepool during the Napoleonic war a French warship sank and the only survivor was a ships monkey dressed in a sailors uniform

The problem is, as the Ladies Swimming Club in London are finding out, despite what the members think, a well lawyered up TERF can force them to ban us. Most organisations faced with the threat from the TERFs will simply capitulate as they don’t want the cost or hassle

They can’t have it both ways. If the use of female only space is now based on chromosomes, trans men go into the ladies

Trans women are easy to target
I contest trans men aren’t. Testosterone works wonders and very quickly they become great looking men who pass easily
So it’s not an attack on a minority community but on only part of that community 🤬🤬

I don’t think it’s “women in general”, that’s too broad
I live in the “real world” not the Twittersphere and spend my time with women. They are all friendly helpful and kind and when the Supreme Court ruling came out I had several contact me to say how appalled they were and check I was ok

This all looks a bit punk washing now doesn’t it?

Oh they will, just give them time. Organisations will have to only allow female cleaners into female toilets and changing rooms otherwise they will be breaking the Law
I’m also hoping trans men start using the ladies facilities as they must now do

It’s just the start of it all, the TERFs are on the lookout for trans women anywhere now and are objecting to us.

Interesting though that it’s only trans women they are persecuting isn’t it? 😡

An easy way to reduce bills for low users (often poorer households) would be to remove the Standing Charge. I pay £4.69/week without using a single watt of electricity
A social tariff for the first “x” KW would also help low users
