Plus the wealthy lack curiosity, creativity, empathy, and they have no idea what actual WORK is (speaking generally). Also, they always have terrible taste in movies/music (just whatever is popular at the time...these days that means "prestige" television)

Got to see Sean Baker's "Tangerine" at @siffnews.bsky.social tonight with my 18 year old kid and it was wonderful. What a reminder of the kinds of movies that Hal Ashby and John Cassavetes used to make. Pure cinema and pure humanism at the same time.
