I hope this story gets some attention. The Municipal Act is very specific about the criteria for closed sessions and if that is being abused democratic accountability is at stake. There are enough secrets already. If we don’t get to hear their debates and discussion we’ll truly be in the dark.

I gotta say, all the men insisting enthusiastic, ongoing, vocalized, contemporaneous consent for each individual sexual act is not reasonably obtainable are really telling on themselves.
To be honest, I have, on occasion, been told to keep it down.

What I don’t hear are specifics about One City’s perceived shortcomings. What are the outcomes they think could be better delivered? You can’t audit “I think that those people believe things about homelessness that don’t fit my politics.”

So much for the theory that Amy BC isn’t as ideologically captive as she first appeared.
