Our movement is almost 20% dads and male carers, and growing. We know that most people want to see strong climate action, so that number is set to grow!

As we hit the school holidays and requests for snacks go up threefold, here’s one action we can take.

We have to also come together to create system level positive change. Moving away from fossil fuels, investing in homegrown renewables and changing our food systems can make an incredible impact.

Parents for Future UK Scarborough & York and North Yorkshire local groups are working together with Frack Free Coastal Communities to stop drilling for gas in Burniston.

If we want a liveable planet - we must stop drilling.

💰And did you know that fossil fuel companies spent $5.6 billion last year alone to advertise in sports?

🟥 We need a total ban on fossil fuel advertising. It’s time to give them the red card!

This week we’ve been meeting MPs to call for an end to all new oil and gas extraction, starting with Rosebank.

We need everybody’s voices on this including families from across the UK. For our kids. For everyone.

We definitely let them know we must #StopRosebank!

We’ll be surrounding our kids with POSITIVE ENERGY tomorrow at our first family lobby in Parliament, with local meetings also happening the country.

It’s time for parents and our representatives to come together to protect a safer planet for them and all kids today. And for future’s sake.
