I have an anecdote. Because there is a great loss of efficiency above 70mph in my EV6, I tend to road trip on US and State highways vs Interstates. Road tripping has become fun again. Interesting sites, unique restaurants, and less stress. It takes longer, but I'm more relaxed and ready in the end.

GloFAS (Copernicus) ensemble river forecast for a river in SE Cuba presenting a box-and-whiskers plot where the 25th quantile of the flow could exceed the 100 year annual return interval, suggesting a lot of confidence for a remarkable, if not historical flood.

The GloFAS forecast hydrograph for a river in southeast Cuba is remarkable. The 25th quantile of the hydrograph is north of the 100 year flow. That upper tail..that's Noah's Arc territory. If it validates, #HurricanMelissa is bringing epic flooding after the wind destruction.

I recommended to them they force everyone in the bottom half of the middle three sections. Get rid of tiered prices for sections because there isn't any value in it; as a former Section 102 season ticket holder, I speak from experience. 5000 people together=energy. 5000 across an area code=apathy.
