DHS and its personnel have been accusing Lander of assault since June. He's facing a misdemeanor for "blocking entrances, foyers and corridors," not assault. And prosecutors haven't shied away from bringing bogus charges (see @katmabu.bsky.social's case) so you know there's really nothing here.
