We’re sorry. It’s not us. It’s the monster. The bank isn’t like a man."

"Yes, but the bank is only made of men."

"No, you’re wrong thereβ€”quite wrong there. The bank is something else than men. It happens that every man in a bank hates what the bank does, and yet the bank does it. The bank is something more than men, I tell you. It’s the monster. Men made it, but they can’t control it.

An animation cel from All Dogs Go To Heaven, signed by Don Bluth.

I met Don Bluth today at Megacon Orlando. I told him about how my parents gave me $20 for my eighth birthday and I blew it all playing Dragon's Lair at the arcade.

He looked me in the eye and said "I lost a lot of money on that game too."

Meet your heroes, kids.

I want to start a Snyder-cut-style movement to advocate for the release of THE DEVILS (1971).

The Ken Russell film still has a cut languishing in Warner Brothers' vault, unseen by the public.

Based on Huxley's book, the 111min BFI DVD version is the current longest cut, and it's region 2 locked.

If fans of that guy from Power of the Dog can be Cumberbitches, I feel justified in referring to Ernst Lubitsch fans as Lubitches. I am, of course, a Lubitch.
