It makes sense! Apple is the only Silicon Valley titan whose main revenue stream is based on a meaningful consumer choice. Apple shareholders need us to keep choosing iPhones and Macs over Androids and PCs. Their streaming service is an investment in the brand. Good incentives matter.

Netflix has turned into total dogshit, just nonstop true crime slop, and honestly can’t blame them given the original productions cost a fortune and they were losing a ton of money

It pains me to hand it to Apple but they’ve turned into the best streaming service by far and are doing it operating at a clear loss

Corporations suck but honestly they could charge $50/month and it would still absolutely be worth it based on the content and productions we get.
