The actual state line is the north side of the original riverbank, about 2/3 of the way to Cincy. I’m going to walk halfway across the purple people bridge in KY, ping off a tower in OH and get asked to verify then sue everybody for letting OH regulate my 1A rights in KY.

I live in KY but close to the river and work in OH. At work it wants me to verify, in KY if I’m near downtown it does, but if I’m up on the hill it doesn’t. Maybe someone with a better law degree than mine can explain why this isn’t a state regulating interstate commerce and doing it badly.
