LibreOffice seems to be working. Fingers crossed that I can get files to save in ways that'll preserve my formatting and also open with regular Word or whatever the Mac word processor is.

I mean, my great-aunt was at Auschwitz, she met the commandant, and Höss met Hitler. Bam, 4 degrees. By this logic, everyone is 3 or 4 hops from a drug dealer or criminal. And if that's what it takes to be guilty by association, I guess I'm off to the Hague for war crimes 40 years before I was born.
