It is -9 degrees without windchill. I have retreated to the Skyway. But the streets are full and they keep coming. There have been larger protests but I can’t think of that’s been more hazardous to bare skin.

Seems as if this works — if employers start firing people for standing up for their neighbors and fellow humans — than a remedy is publicizing the identity of those employers.

I saw this message and feel the need to post.. when monks leave their monasteries to walk for peace, it’s not symbolic, it’s a warning. They don’t seek attention. They don’t ask for power. They walk only when the world is out of balance. If you see them, offer food and water.

They need to do something there. The signage/wayfinding is terrible and so many people move through there everyday that it's hard not to believe there is some kind of potential for commerce.
