10.02.2026 15:46 — 👍 14 🔁 2 💬 1 📌 0I have today been informed that, despite personal assurances to the contrary, the Green party have once again used my image and misrepresented my words on a second leaflet circulated in Gorton and Denton ahead of the by-election. I have now lodged an official complaint with the returning officer.

That they’ve done it again puts them in the same basket as Reform and their dodgy election practices IMHO
How can the Greens say they’re different and claim a moral high ground while doing this…
“Green Day kicked off the performance with “Holiday,” followed by “Boulevard of Broken Dreams” and “American Idiot.”
Yup, not political at all.

I love them very deeply.
Physical comedy in general didn’t appeal to me for years and years. Right up until it did.

I’m going to say The Specials. Which is music, rather than theatre. And UK music to boot.
Now I listen to them, they are absolutely 🤯. When I was fifteen, it all just went completely over my head.
If I’d one wish left to me in this profession it’d be that, as a director, I could give a job to all the actors I’ve worked with, tutored or come across in my career whom I’ve been impressed by.
Unfortunately there aren’t nearly enough opportunities to do so & many will never know my respect. 🙁 🙌 x

McSweeney is gone. Time for Starmer to try to salvage his government by launching long overdue proper action to address all the flaws in our political system - peerages, patronage, cronyism, party finances, MPs revolving door, appointments, ministerial code, business interests, Leveson, etc etc.
08.02.2026 14:40 — 👍 735 🔁 215 💬 97 📌 27Damn right. There's still time to transform a wasted govt into a transformational one. It's not as though nobody knows what needs doing, or we're lacking ideas about how.
Labour built the NHS in 3 years, and transformed the nation. They can this too. It just takes will.
While there is justified outrage about Mandelson, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor &others, the relentless media focus on Keir Starmer (who was NOT mentioned in any Epstein file) is overdone.
By contrast, no focus on Farage who WAS mentioned (and who, BTW, applauded the appointment of Mandelson)…
🤣

The most interesting thing about WH, the book, is the relationship between Cathy and Heathcliffe. Cathy dies about a third of the way through, leaving the rest of the book floundering around tediously.
Suspect I would enjoy this film more than the book.
Yup. 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽
