Nothing delivers human scale in a sci-fi industrial setting quite like a gantry.

But there's only one of me and I'd rather not spend ages building stuff that I might need to change or bin. So I spent this weekend in Blender geo-nodes making an automatic gantry builder (and also a pipe builder).

A radical skeleton telling you "Just start. You don't need permission. Art, craft, 2nd book, cake, writing, that show, any new skill, making friends. If it sucks, ask for help. The time will pass anyway"

Wasn't happy with the seat in the end so decided to spend more abit more time on it (Using the Lattice tool to deform the shape abit better). I think I've finally got it to a point where its got that look of 'organically' sat in/used but I still have to back cushion to do

Working on the driver's seat & I've never struggled to make something so simple before. Tried a few versions of this but none of them looked right until this one. Still abit more to do on the back cushion and seatbelts but happy with the progress so far. Foot pedals next.
