Difference is Liverpool got a worldie free kick. Both teams shut up shop & played cautiously. The narrative coming out now is scoreboard journalism dictated entirely on a free kick going in.

For me the frustration lies in the fact that we can outshoot the champions away from home while missing Saka, Odegaard & Havertz yet the narrative is about our caution because Liverpool scored a free kick.

Say Arsenal signed one or two attackers in the summer and then went on to lose Odegaard for 2 months, Ben White for 5 months, Saka for 5 months, Havertz for the season, Jesus for the season, Martinelli for 3 months. Do you think Arsenal would be anywhere but 2nd in the league behind this Liverpool?

People in Ireland care about the climate. But they also care about the cost of housing,they care about the lack of services for children. They can see the growing inequality in this country and your left base arent going to support you if you're enabling that, even if your climate policies are good.

If the Greens do get wiped there's gonna be a lot of stories about how the public didn't appreciate their climate policies. But the Greens were given seats by votes transferring left in 2020. Then they went and took those seats and backed a government that broke record homelessness, almost 4k kids.
