Recently a homeless group here in CHCH was forced out of a church parking lot where they were staying. These people did nothing "antisocial" or "criminal", and the church people were happy to have them, but they were still forced out. Normal people, who simply did not have a home. #nzpol

At my work, I've encountered a vast depth of various New Zealanders, from dickheads in Rangers in suits to those who are homeless. Some of those homeless people were dickheads, but most were/are lovely people who simply do not have a good hand to play. #nzpol

I recall over the ditch, when Albo and Co did their big tax reform thing, they managed to get Dutton tripping by framing it as the Liberals wanting to tax lower income more. Seems Labour learnt from Labor.

Also seen people complain about how government tax is not a case where it immediately goes into specific spending, and that Labour is lying. It is true, but in essense they've combined two policy into one to make it harder to spin against. Made any attack on CGT also one on health funding.
