United States Department of Agriculture, et al.," case number 1:25-cv-00131-JAW. The document grants the State of Maine's request to prevent the USDA from terminating or interfering with federal funds based on alleged Title IX violations without due legal process. The court orders the release of frozen funds and prohibits further interference without following required procedures.
