So they'll be arrested and imprisoned for burning the flag but not for brutality, illegally arresting, detaining, or deporting innocent people?

There are some things a therapist may question, possibly disagree with, in your care but disrespect of who are and your identity based their beliefs is unacceptable. Their belief system should never dictate how they treat you or negatively effect your sense of safety and well being.
