Here’s a theory.

It wasn’t Harambe. It was the acknowledgement and rejection of cringe.

Cringe made the world go round and embracing it by going back to ignoring it will set things right.

Based on what my 3x Trump voting mom told me, she wanted a repeat of Trump 1. To piss off people she thinks wronged her, but to remain on the rails.

Now she is blaming everyone else for not stopping him, like the first time.

She voted for him to do all this stuff, but also, not actually do it.

Welp, I had been defending them by saying at least they aren't doing all of this stuff and laying people off, but here we are.

We removed Fluoride from our water this year, and forced colleges to allow open carry of firearms on campus.

We are not the reasonable state we were when I moved here a decade ago.

He signed a bill to ban Fluoride without even trying to symbolically block it.

He allowed a bill banning public servants from unions to go into effect without his signature because he didnt agree with it, but again, he didn't even symbolically veto it.
