Now, thanks to a drug called donepezil, the transformation has been amazing. I'm around my mum's now and she is 1000% happier than what she was. She recognises my brother and sister and sometimes you wouldn't even know that she had memory loss at all. I'm posting this in the hope it helps others.

Myself and my family have been through some really tough times with my mum. She suffers with mixed dementia. At times, it's been extremely difficult to be in her company due to extreme memory loss. Not recognising my brother or sister being especially difficult to take.

I'm bored of the international break already and England haven't even kicked off yet! Still don't know whether I'll bother on Thursday night. It's that bad!! 😴😴😴

At least Roxy's happy and that's the main thing...🙂

This takes me back to when I was made redundant 5 years ago. I reckon by the end of the week, I'm gonna be banging my head against the wall!!

Had to take a week off work to rest an inflamed tendon in my shoulder. Day 2 and already I feel like I'm cracking up! I never thought I'd say this but can't wait to get back to work!! I'm not very good at doing nothing...

I don't think a day goes by when I don't listen to Jimmy Eat World and I have another badge for my efforts!
