Watching Shrinking and seeing Harrison Ford walk into a room humming the Indiana Jones theme made me smile. A little thing to lighten my mood.

This list makes me ill. Women, children, seniors, healthy communities, learning, arts, poverty, mental health and culture are the targets of this budget.

What a cluster fuck.

It's like our government wants them to give up any hope of a higher education. This must be their plan to find workers for the mines and the factories. 🙄

This budget is depressing. I hurt for our young people. It's not their fault. BUT I am spitting nails angry with the decision makers.

I am turning 60 this year and I am tuning into my I have no more fucks to give vibe. I am fucking angry with everyone and everything. (And I am just 'realizing' why heart attacks are more frequent in 60+ women)

Yep...let's cut the arts, nature, and history because that's how capitalism works. Can't make money on any of those initiatives. And mostly women are in those fields so whatever..

And members of Team Canada who went to the White House to celebrate winning the Stanely Cup with their US team last year. 🙄

Before we get too sanctimonious about the US hockey team, I want to remind Canadians about the numerous sexual assault cases and cover-up within Hockey Canada. Misogyny and Patriarchy are part of our heritage too.

On days like these I appreciate my every penny of my condo fees as I watch the clean-up crew from the inside.

Thought I was on the mend yesterday but nope...fully back in this cold's nasty grip. I didn't know someone could produce so much mucus, phlegm and snot. Thankful no fever or other symptoms.

No busses on Sunday/Holidays and no service after 10pm. What the actual fuck? My family rely on transit during these times to get to and from work and other activities.

Do you (City Council) realize the impact it will have on businesses in the city? Families? Events? Tourism? Students?

Feeling under the weather today. Just a head cold but annoying.

If I am going downtown I bus either from my home or I park at at the Mumford terminal for more route choices. If I drive, I park at either Scotia Square, the Doyle or Pier 21 area lots and then walk. Our city isn't big and the walk is not far. I am not a fan of hills so I park accordingly lol

Such an inhumane and lonely way to die.

I am heartbroken from the tragic news coming out of BC and the community of Tumbler Ridge. There are no words to say that will offer comfort. NS understands that pain. It's sad another small community has to live through that shock, loss and grief.

Neither will make you feel good.

Between my blood donation yesterday and being awake this morning at 3:30am for no reason, I am dragging my bum today. Think an afternoon nap is in order.

I just turned on CBC and this is the episode they are airing. The timing is so weird.
