The original story stated that the arena would span 250,000 sq ft. However, this was reported based on an error in a council report. The size of the arena will be c.25,000 sq ft.

It’s not called Everton ONE anymore either, its called ‘Everton Official Store’ and underneath that ‘Fanatics Experience’. To the right of that is an entrance for the Bars Restaurants Experience!
