I'm currently buying two series (JLU and Flash) that will be crossing over with the event, and I've honestly thought about dropping them for the duration. If they weren't being written by Mark Waid, who pretty much always delivers, they'd be gone, if only to keep in sync with the app releases.

And I'm sure the art will be cool and dynamic, but I'm not someone who swoons at some butch new power armor. Settle down, tough guy. How 'bout you be a hero without spiked gloves?

I mean...it's a tournament, right? So we already know the basic structure. I'm sure there'll be some twists, but it's a big brawl to see who's toughest, or best equipped in some other capacity to be "King Omega."

It's such a sprawling crossover that I'd probably be reading it on Ultra regardless; it's too much to spend, otherwise. But I'd resolved to do the same for Absolute Power, and it grabbed me. DC KO doesn't have the same story juice.

I've been really enjoying DC's "All In" era so far... but nothing I've seen about DC KO is exciting me. Hoping it proves me wrong once it arrives on DCUI Ultra next month.
