I think it's healing for me, to allow the overwhelm to be overwhelming for a bit. I'll re-emerge

Today, I'm not coping. It's OK. No one needs to rescue me, I am safe. But I am signing off from being brave and coping just for a few hours, and I am going to bed with a book and doing some crying.

I find that so calming too
