This past Wednesday a U.S. Marshal shot and killed Julian Bailey in the Mayfair neighborhood of Ward 7. This shows us yet again that DC must end cooperation between MPD and federal forces.

Tomorrow at 6 PM join Julian’s family for a vigil and remembrance in his honor.

This is a good thread. There is a huge difference between "the court system is still able to provide some positive outcomes in some cases" and "the court system is capable of providing due process and the system is fair."

What does this mean we should do? Everything.

We just have to do everything we can to protect people, pressure the other 2 branches of govt, and build society and community differently - and not rely on santa court daddy to sort everything out for us. It hasn't so far and it will continue not to.

Not one .gov lawbreaker charged over illegal immigration procedure. Never forced to hire a criminal defense attorney. The lower courts, working.

Hundreds of thousands of hours of human capital spent to try to slow down this system's lawless abuse. And still it grinds on. This is courts WORKING.
