Spoke with an insurance agent who covers the sun belt, and they said homeowners are about to get rocked. At minimum all home policies by major carriers will have 2% of MV wind/roof policies. This is a major problem for all homeowners, not just FL.

AI related debt within next 12 months will be larger than all high grade bank/fin debt in IG index ~ north of 15% of the index. ORCL and META a large chunk of that. So not only equity index will have large AI concentration. Margins are declining so they will increasingly use debt to finance growth.
