My employer is forcing AI down our throats, its now annoyingly embedded via Copilot into Office 365. We’ve used it a few times for laughs to generate ridiculous-sounding emails to each other. Other than that I have zero use for it. It would slow me down.

1988 or so, a rented “IBM” compatible computer with an amber monitor and 2 5.25 floppy drives. Owned was in 1989, also an “IBM”, color monitor (!), 40 MB hard drive, 3.5 and 5.25 in drives. It cost like $1000 and I had to get a bank loan to afford it 😂

Been masking past 5 years and am mad I caught it first time 2 weeks ago. Was immediately + when symptoms started. Paxlovid knocked symptoms down within three days and am feeling better but still testing +. Been masking/isolating at home to keep wife from getting it.

Yes I see it. I dont know if AI is at fault, but we write many reports (env. field) and us senior folks see a lot of copy/paste between reports without review for context. One time I saw total copy of geology writeup from one site to another (diff geol) despite me providing the geologic maps.
