18.09.2025 16:11 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0That could well be it - I wonder if Kent is a better name when selling to both overseas students and the home office than Greenwich is.

Add on nostalgia and the fact memories are fluid (so things that happened years ago feel more recent) and you can see why an ancient hotel now used for asylum seekers may upset older people
I've just spent the last hour listening to www.lastweekinaws.com/podcast/scre...
I suspect you will enjoy - hard to believe Ed is even more cynical than you and I are..

I would have gone for 3p on income tax while keeping the WFA for all - that would make the poorest pensioners better off but everyone over Β£20,000 or so paying a bit more tax

I pointed out elsewhere that every cup winner has that f***ing embarrassing result after which the team jelled and they went on to win the trophy.
Hopefully this was it but equally losing to Senegal isn't exactly as embarrassing as losing to a European team.
Got to ask how that got past the first hour of accessibility testing.
Let's just hope we can turn it off..
You seem to have missed my question from your answer.
Give me a real of hypothetical example where having an id card is going to result in you having problems because I canβt think of any such scenario
And 20 years ago I campaigned with No2Id but that was because of data access scope creep.
Sorry you havenβt an actual example, just if buts and maybes attached to the fact youβve probably never been somewhere that has them.
I remember doing a banking project in Austria and the confirm identity story was look at id card and press yes / no.
The uk equivalent story is a 45 stage flowchart
In what way that they couldnβt do the same without you showing them your id card.
Literally give me an actual real world example because I canβt think of a single reason why your id card would change I thing for the worse
It's makes as much sense as any other justification I've seen for investing in bitcoin...

Wait to you press the don't allow button only to discover you need to talk to a machine on the local network.
Because finding the setting to reset it is a right pain in the arse..
+1 - years ago we used to have a local bus service every 10 minutes, so you could walk out the door and be in town in 20 minutes max.
It's now every 20 minutes so I walk (or drive if lazy) because its only a 30-35 minute walk so if badly timed the journey is long by bus than my own feet
The only reason you end up without a seat on a train is if you are completely disorganised and don't book one.
