This is interesting. I've been wondering (not a lot, but at times) what his driving motivations are. Hadn't considered "Mars rules all." I can see that adding up.

We've had an EV for 5 years and now drive only EVs.

I had a slight worry before going full EV that I might find it constraining. That's never happened.

I haven't once considered going back. 300+ mile range is a game changer.

EVs are far from perfect but they're a more appealing total package.
