If anything like the rule of law were in force, Trump couldn't arbitrarily increase a tariff because he is annoyed.

I'm surprised at how many people are celebrating Jane Goodall. Not because she doesn't deserve it but because if people tried even a little harder to follow what she had to say, the world would be a better place. It is easy to celebrate and mourn; it is harder to actually put ideals into action.
