It’s 1:45 pm GMT - I’ve received nothing today regarding the Emergency Travel Document. I’m guessing I won’t hear anything today. It’s now been nearly three weeks since I applied for one. 🫠

Puzzling as to how the US Veep can feel safe bringing his family to a riot torn hellhole country without any freedom of speech.

Tooth-in-eye surgery is incredible. You get one of your canine teeth inserted into your cheek, and in a few months the tooth and newly formed cheek tissue are removed. A tiny plastic telescope is then drilled into the tooth, and the tooth is implanted in your cornea, restoring some sight.

A week in north Wales and I am flabbergasted all over again by the ice age and the impact on the landscape.

AI is now capable of designing a record-breaking deep sea submersible on its own. This marks a new age of exploration and I encourage all my fellow AI champions to build one and get in it so they can celebrate this achievement from the bottom of the sea.

Yes. I get what she means by being a cultural Christian but she just comes across as trying to hard to appease that sector while obviously shirking the “feed the poor” and “love your neighbour” teachings

This is not caused primarily by "screen time".

It's been caused by the mass eradication of third places for young people in basically every city over the past three decades - and a society that's hostile to the concept of teens socialising in public spaces.
