... Not a phrase I thought I'd say, but this dinosaur romance scene was creepy enough before Mr. Generic Science Hero started touching them and crying.

Like, hilariously bad. The writing is ham-fisted, the dialog is awkward, the editing is like driving down a road filled with potholes, and the plot decisions are genuinely unbelievable even when you dangle your disbelief 12 stories up by the throat.

Jurassic Park Rebirth is egregiously, hilariously bad.
