Just a rare “nice things” tweet. It’s also 45 and sunny.

A new bookstore opened in my town today and there was a line down the block to get in when it opened. I stopped by later with a coffee from a few doors down and it was still too crowded to buy anything.

If you make something popular enough eventually you will die or sell it off and and a person in thick rimmed glasses whose main artistic vision is that he loves to have meetings will take it and sandblast it until it's nothing. I hate to see this happen here but maybe it's good that this happened. Maybe every franchise should collapse into a version of itself that makes shareholders nod and shake each others' hands. We should learn to speak in a language that rich people who don't dream can't comprehend.

One thing that's fun is that if you're black and you don't have much experience, it's woke dei if you get the job, and if you're black and you have all the experience in the world, you're an out of touch elite who is not really black and doesn't deserve the job.

Depends on what you think her job is! Her boss likely thinks its to do exactly what she did: be a weird monster.

I live in PA in an area with a large population that will be targeted by ice and it is a crazy experience knowing that your adorable little town is going to turn into a war zone at any moment.

We all live in a world where we’re viewed as entirely disposable by our jobs, the healthcare system, on and on. I will never understand why ice floe-ing every name in the Epstein files is not an acceptable and immediate reaction from the entire working population. We do not need these people.

We should be living in a golden age of tar and feathering
