Lost a friend to colon cancer - diagnosed at her first routine colonoscopy. Don’t wait. My first one was horrible bc the prep made me very sick (kept vomiting it up). Second one five yrs later and switched to Gatorade + Miralax prep. So much easier & it worked better! And the nap is so good.

Thank you for saying all of this. This has been very hard for me. Recently my therapist said some of us walk right towards the “hard things” but you have to accept that not everyone will walk with you. Some people will not acknowledge the pain and suffering of others. That is sinking in now.

They killed a woman and then called her a fucking bitch and a domestic terrorist. Is that toning down the rhetoric? JFC, they really do think we are all that stupid.

I came to Minneapolis to report on what's going on, and one of the main questions I showed up with is "just what is the scale of the resistance?" After all, we're all used to the news calling Portland a "war zone" or whatever when it's just some protests in one part of town.

Before 2023, I’d been to MN once - to meet my now-husband’s extended family. I knew then he was the one to marry. Second visit was for college visits w/my son. I knew this was it, this place, these people - the real deal. So did he. He’s in SP now and I am grateful that he’s part of this community.

Smith: Again, and I think all of us, if we're reasonable, know that there's going to be more crimes committed by these people in the future. I do not understand why you would mass pardon people who assaulted police officers. I don't get it. I never will.
