I don't care what Khalil said. What matters most here is the state punished him, without charge or trial, for speech. They disappeared him like in the sort of authoritarian country America used to criticize. Anyone adjudicating the content of his speech is missing the point.

If you assume they’re going with the former version, their limit is 4 letters, AND they are keeping the title of the topic in sentence case, within the title (but in inverted commas)… then I guess it’s title case… (2/2)

How title case is written varies - some versions don’t capitalise any words under 3 or 4 letters, other times it’s about the kind of word (prepositions, articles…). (1 of 2)
