A big, meaty win, says Breitbart.
24.07.2025 23:34 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Well then.
24.07.2025 05:11 β π 5 π 5 π¬ 3 π 0Is Pedro Pascal in all of the movies or does it just seem like that ...?
23.07.2025 03:46 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0In this new political age, there are headlines that simultaneously make you go SERIOUSLY? and OF COURSE!

21.07.2025 03:28 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Spectacular question to the Liberal deputy leader here, via @meadea.bsky.social.
"Iβve got a personal question to ask you first. Please tell me, as a Liberal faithful, which I have been for many years and so many of our loyal listeners are, can you give me some good news?"
Maybe I do need to be on Truth Social.
18.07.2025 02:54 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0It remains the most healthy model for "conservative" media: let journalists follow the truth, and let the editiorial page rip into the White House if it betrays their values - as it does repeatedly. Anything else is just fan service.
18.07.2025 02:28 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Such is their determination, I suppose: they're prepared to wear 10 months of an embittered Colbert on their air every night. Stewart's contract is up this year - he's certainly more likely to leave now. And that would be disastrous for that show and husk of a network.
18.07.2025 02:25 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0That theory kinda only works if they kill The Daily Show too - Jon Stewart has said worse. I'm not saying it's not a factor, but it's a giant show in a giant theatre running outside of prime-time where networks make the lion's share of revenue. I can believe the costs story, too.
18.07.2025 01:58 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0There's a production gulf between The Late Show and Hot Ones/Chicken Shop Date/etc, for sure. But the future is going to be much closer to the latter.
18.07.2025 01:21 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Shows have to be prepared to downsize, too. Myers lost his band last year and he copped that to keep going. Colbert may have been asked to reduce costs - but that's hard when you have to fill a Broadway theatre every night.
18.07.2025 00:49 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0This is juicy, given where CBS is at with mergers/approvals/Trump/etc. But it's also a network saying it's a "financial decision" to kill the highest rated program left in late night. TV is done.

17.07.2025 08:48 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I think that's just Ratatouille. Which is decidedly not Italian.
17.07.2025 01:13 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Oh sure, spent buckets to ride the nauseating seas off the coast and barely saw a flipper, now there's a Moby Dick dodging ferries at Circular Quay.

DID THE GAYS KILL TANYA? / Can Karl and Susan survive infidelity?
I mean ... Declining audiences brought it to an end. Somebody actually has to watch it. Multiple companies tried to make it add up and failed.
14.07.2025 23:30 β π 9 π 1 π¬ 1 π 0What if they just turned the hose off for, like, one month. No films, no TV, streaming, creators, socials, none of it. It's a ZERO-DOLLAR PROPOSAL. And we could all catch up a little. Or just sit quietly. It would be bliss.

Nobody's talking about the marriage. All this focus on the murders and NOTHING on his marriage.
THAT'S what we've been missing in media of late - casual sexual creeping. Bringing it back.
