Bc Florian has chronic rhinitis I have to keep his nose clean and he now hops onto the side of the bath and politely waits for me to wet a cotton pad with warm water and clean it off. I don’t think he likes it but I do think he knows it feels better

The main change I noticed going from 5 to 4 is that the end of my eyebrows grew back and I stopped losing the same amount of hair as the average golden retriever. Best case scenario js 1.5 years to get to 0 but I can live with that

Once I hit 2mg in about six months my adrenal gland will have to start working again which will have even more dramatic improvement re: my fat distribution, skin thinness and muscle wasting. Feel like shit rn but that’s temporary and worth it obviously

I’ve been in remission for a year now and I have been dropped to 3mg of pred which apparently means I will stop retaining as much fluid including in my face so the full moon will be like, idk, new moon I guess (it’s always been round)

The average for November is 31mm, it rained 25.8mm yesterday despite 1-5mm being forecast, for a total of 53mm this month. Potential for another 20mm before the end of the month but we’ll see. Usually it rains less than forecast in Adelaide but all bets are off rn

Tbh he is more attached to me than location, when I cared for dad post heart surgery he did better with me at dad’s than with my housemate of 5 years in his own damn home
