Shooter who attacked the CDC headquarters was a 30-year-old man from suburban Atlanta The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has identified the man who opened fire at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as 30-year-old Patrick Joseph White of Kennesaw, Georgia.

The gunman’s neighbor said that he “spoke with her multiple times about his distrust of COVID-19 vaccines. … He was very unsettled and he very deeply believed that vaccines hurt him and were hurting other people….He emphatically believed that.”

seems like this a common thing on the right. look at how the concept of disparate impact is being used now by the right to dismantle civil rights gains. it's an inherent quality of reactionaries--absorb an idea, pervert it, reapply it.
