This is the worst news.

The NSN is taking out the First Nations camp / memorial in the domain.

I hope there is as much outrage as when a statue is defaced.

Always interesting to see which groups political leaders say have a right to protest and which are declared enemies of the state.

The incredibly muted political response to sovereign citizens being responsible for the murder of four police officers in 12 months is remarkable. The police / spook / political / media extremist framework is clearly only designed to be deployed against Islamic extremism, any other form breaks it.

So excited about this Mitch Brown news. Can you believe the AFL was the only major sporting league where no man had ever come out as bisexual or gay 🫠

An actual child could do a better job of describing politics in the US right now than our most sophisticated pundits are doing, because a child wouldn't be concerned whether or not he sounds like a sophisticated pundit.

I hope the damages are unmanageable. I hope OpenAI collapses under the weight of the liabilities and Altman is left destitute. I hope it serves as a warning to the others

Au contraire! The fastest animal on earth relative to its body size is an ex-Minister for Resources running to their new job at a mining company.

Today we went to the Eltham miniature railway, an amazing institution entirely run by volunteers. There were queues down the footpath of all different cultural groups. Nothing unites like a bunch of cute little train!!

Why should I write better when a machine can do it for me?
Because actually no one can do it for you, because your voice is unique among all the people on earth. Siri never petted a horse's neck. Alexa has never been ghosted by the captain of the football team. But you have lived, your heart is beating, you have suffered, and you have something important to say. It's a human's job, to use words, and whatever job you give to a machine, that part of your brain goes dark. Maybe it's worth it when it comes to remembering phone numbers and directions, but when that part of your brain that uses words goes dark, that's a vast area that's very close to your soul. Don't let some internet platform convince you that what you have to say and create isn't worthwhile. Words are the echo of your soul. Honing that echo matters.
