I started with and liked TOS too and yeah I had a lot of trouble with the first two seasons of TNG. I liked Measure of a Man well enough but I’m not sure if I would have if I hadn’t already made myself watch a full season and learned to actually care about what happened to Data

The people of Minnesota have executed one of the most impressive civil resistance campaigns I can remember:

- Organized a city wide general strike
- Maintained nonviolent discipline amidst violence
- Mobilized 10,000s in subzero temps to protest and watch ICE
- Flipped public opinion against ICE

Gotcha—let’s dig into that step by step.

So she had a pulse. That’s what the doctor on the scene wanted to check. She wasn’t breathing, but she had a pulse. He could have started CPR right away.

Instead ICE barred the doctor from attending her and waited 15 mins for EMT to get to her.

And there it is.
