15.11.2025 07:35 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0A glorious sunset, looking South across Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington Harbour. A tree is silhouetted on the ridgeline of the hills in the middle ground. Wish my phone camera could convey the true majesty of this sunset. There is a stunning depth of colours in the clouds in real life.

06.05.2025 06:56 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Super-simple (mostly store-cupboard) cassoulet: pack of sausages, two tins of mixed beans, tin of sieved crushed tomatoes (or passata), splash of red wine vinegar, good teaspoon of dried thyme. I just drop it all in the slow cooker and leave it on low for the day whilst Iโm out at work.

11.04.2025 09:35 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Ngฤ mihi e hoa. I adore your coastal sunrise photos and videos - the sun rises behind the hills where we are, so we donโt get quite the same early fire. On the plus side, here in Korokoro we get the other end of the day, with the sunsets.
07.02.2025 08:10 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0A photo of a glorious sunset sky in Aotearoa New Zealand, with an orange glow on the horizon fading to a mauve-blue at the top.
No TV on tonight, just listening to music and watching the sunset together. Feeling immense gratitude this evening. Sending good vibes out to the world. ๐ Goodness knows we need themโฆ ๐ฌ

A carefully bagged longboard sits on the roof of a blue car, looking wistfully at some 1.5m waves.
