These look different than my mother in laws but they taste very similar. I think it’s bc I’m kinda sloppy with the patty formation and bc I finish in air fryer instead of pan frying the whole time.

I’ve perfected my kotleti recipe!!!! I use ground turkey and a lot of puréed onion for juiciness. And obviously vegeta seasoning. I like both the classic patty shape and less traditional meatball shape! Could eat a thousand ngl.
