We are seeking postdoctoral researchers to study viral RNA and macromolecular complexes using X-ray crystallography, cryo-EM, and biochemical methods.

Our study shows how West Nile virus polymerase recognizes its RNA promoter, stem-loop A. Excitingly, RNA decoys mimicking this structure can block viral replication + infection.
