Participation request for a research study entitled 'Autistic Surgeons. Their Lived Experiences and Career Pathways'. The Autism Research Centre at the University of Alberta is looking for surgeons who are either formally diagnosed, or self described, as being Autistic and who would be interested in learning about, and possibly participating in, a confidential interview study addressing their lived experiences and career pathways. This research will inform future discussions aimed at improving neurodivergent equity, diversity and inclusion in work environments.
