A vast sea of deep emerald ripples under a cooling breeze, the wheat still young and lush, drinking in the last of the day's strength. Unlike the parched gold of late August, these stalks are vibrant and full of life. At the horizon, the sky performs its final, silent bow. A band of amber fire rests heavily against the earth caught between the deep emerald and the blue of the sky above.

In the foreground, the earth is soft and dark, a little muddy, holding the faint impressions of footprints- small, ordinary memories pressed into the ground. From the left, a weathered wooden post-and-rail fence angles gently into the frame, guiding the eye toward the open field beyond. To the left in the middle distance, bushes and a scatter of trees gather like a low, shadowed chorus, but to the right the land loosens and stretches outward, widening into open space where the horizon feels far and uncluttered.
There are wide-open places where the sky leans close, where footsteps soften into the earth, and the mind loosens its knots until only quiet remains.
