I love lamb. Lamb chops, rack of lamb, Greek lamb patties, Szechuan cumin lamb, leg of lamb with garlic cloves...😋 Indian sounds good too.

Sometimes the wok gets messy. I don't use Brillo but stainless wool. Also have some chainmail mesh. My first Lodge fry pan is vintage 1986. Bought to make blackened redfish. Took forever to get that seasoned good.

Get a Lodge pre-seasoned skillet, wok, griddle, etc.
Use only hot water and stainless steel wool to clean.
Dry and spray lightly with cooking spray. Wipe off excess.
Always works.

I thought they were pre-assembled. 🤷‍♂️
