What sucks is there is a glut of chemical plants and manufacturing plants along the TX gulf coast (where I am from) but also protected wetlands that are incredibly important stops for migratory birds.

I'm sorry to say that I took this as a given when they moved from Cali because they were under investigation by the EPA for improper waste water handling and then when DOGE happened the investigation was stopped. So just assumed that they were continuing in TX.
