Tiggywinkle, a tabby cat, proved she's sober by putting her paw on her head. Sadly, since she was lying down, this test was deemed inconclusive. She also refused a breathalyser, which led to a lot of arguments. She did not care and continued to wash herself.

Tiggywinkle, a tabby cat, is usually a huge fan of boxes. This bag, in fairness, is basically just a thin, flexible cardboard box. A box that sculpts itself to her shape? Perfection. What wouldn't a cat love about it? Sadly she then murdered her own bag, because she has claws and is inherently destructive.

Tiggywinkle continues to fail the field sobriety test. Her alcoholism was unrelated to her demise, or at least that's what we're all telling ourselves.

Today Tiggywinkle crossed the rainbow bridge. 8 weeks to the day after Peaches made the same journey. This time it was heart failure. Her daughter and Binx have both been told they have to be immortal because this rate of illness and death cannot continue. Plus I bribed them with tuna, so yay.

A very poorly girl again. Back to the vet tomorrow for the final time, just 53 days after Peaches took the same trip. This has not been a good winter.

I was thinking along the creepier lines of it's just their uncle or something, but the tumbleweed vibe I get from this makes it a much better idea!

Day 3 of being at home and Tiggywinkle is once again struggling to breathe. Looks like she doesn't have long left, the medicine just isn't working.

Tiggywinkle, a tabby cat, enjoys her first meal after returning from a 48 hour all inclusive midweek break at the vets. She was pampered (and poked and prodded a lot) and behaved like the absolute angel she is.

Tiggywinkle, a tabby cat, enjoys her first meal back home. Unfortunately her heart murmur has developed and she's now into the heart failure phase of life. From now on it's drugs, drugs and more drugs. And scans. But for now she can breathe again, which is miles better than 3 days ago.

Tiggywinkle is on a trip to the vet this evening, she's a little wheezy. Hopefully nothing major, but better to play safe.

They should have to tell us the real cost of it too, versus the cost of pursuing the fraudsters. If it's more economical to just ignore the fraud, that's a price worth paying to have more money for other things.
