I have a million disagreements with Kamala and the DNC, but as a Black person who has had to sit in the room with some of the most borish and incompetent white people that you could think of while not being respected/taken seriously, I know exactly why all Kamala could do is laugh at this bullshit.

Yeah, I thought I was going crazy. Only one of my libraries on Libby got the audiobook, and they only got one copy? I’ve had an anticipated (sequel) release every month so far this year and this is the first one that hasn’t been available from at least 2 libraries.

In 2023, Autumn Lockwood became the first Black woman (and fourth overall) to coach in the Super Bowl. At Super Bowl LIX (Eagles vs Chiefs) she will coach in her second Super Bowl. Keep soaring, Autumn Lockwood ✨

The Dewey Decimal System used to only have two classifications for Black people: 325 (colonization) & 326 (slavery). Each book by a Black person was put into one of these classifications. A book of poetry? Classified as colonization.

It's unfortunate that the history of the Civil Rights movement has been rewritten as "We marched peacefully until our enemies grew a conscience".

MLK and SNCC accomplished a major shift in policy using a deliberate, low-grade insurgency carried out with incredible skill and decades-long strategy.
