Neighbors witnessed Border Patrol agents arresting a man who's been building a new staircase on their building.

"Wait, this is private property," the woman recording says.

"No, it's not," the agent replies, covering his face with his jacket.

As most are aware by now, ICE is slamming the north side today. They've been seen in Andersonville, Rogers Park, West Ridge, Edgewater + Evanston. Several people abducted, agents still active.
